The Myth and Truth on Shampoo

1.
MYTH: You must shampoo your hair twice a day if you work out.
TRUTH: Once is plenty. A rinse and a bit of conditioner will remove sweat.

2.
MYTH: More shampoo is good.
TRUTH: A dab will do you (and save yourmoney). Use a dime sized dollop for short hair,quarter sized for long.
